To Our Valued Balise Ford of Wilbraham Guests,

Balise Ford provides complimentary pick-up and delivery service for our guests' convenience. To book, please pick the valet option in transportation type while making your appointment. The time selected while making an appointment for a valet is not the time it will be picked up. Our service valet drivers pick up vehicles between the window of 8:30-11 and return vehicles in the afternoon. We provide this service to Ford owners only within a 15-mile radius. A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event. Does not include parts or repair charges.
